It all began with two cleaning professionals passionate about their work, full of dreams, goals, and purpose. For a long time, we worked for other people, traveling through countless homes and gaining valuable experience in our trade.

Along the way, we learned so much, but we also realized we wanted to do things differently—putting a deeper love and dedication into every single corner. Do you bring your own cleaning products and supplies?

Yes! We bring our own cleaning products and supplies. If you prefer us to use a specific product you already have at home, that is absolutely fine. Just let us know at the time of the cleaning, and we will be happy to use your products.

Do you bring your own vacuum?

Yes! We bring our own vacuums. We have one specifically for carpets and another for hard floors. If you prefer us to use your own vacuum, that is also perfectly fine.

What is included in a regular cleaning?

Our regular cleaning includes cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms (toilets, sinks, bathtubs, showers) and the kitchen and visible surfaces (outside of cabinets, outside of appliances, dusting areas).

Regular cleaning also includes:

  • Dusting and wiping surfaces.
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors.
  • Cleaning mirrors.
  • Removing cobwebs.
  • Cleaning visible marks on some walls.
  • Making beds.
  • Changing bed sheets when clean sheets are provided.
  • Removing visible pet hair from floors, furniture, and sofas.
  • Cleaning and disinfecting visible surfaces.
  • Paying attention to details to keep your home fresh and comfortable.

Services requiring cleaning inside appliances, cabinets, windows, or extra heavy tasks carry an additional fee.

Do you clean inside the oven?

Cleaning the inside of the oven is not included in regular cleaning. If you would like to add this service, the fee is $30.

Do you clean inside the refrigerator?

Cleaning the inside of the refrigerator is not included in regular cleaning. If you would like to add this service, the fee is $25.

Do you clean inside kitchen cabinets?

Cleaning the inside of kitchen cabinets is not included in regular cleaning. If you would like to add this service, the fee is $25.

Do you offer laundry services?

Yes! Laundry can be added as an additional service for $25. We do not automatically wash clothes, towels, blankets, or bedding during regular cleanings, so please request it as an add-on service.

Do you change bed sheets?

Yes! We gladly change bed sheets as long as clean sheets are provided. We remove used sheets, put on clean ones, and leave used sheets neatly folded to the side. Washing them is available under our laundry add-on service.

Do you clean windows?

Window cleaning can be added as an additional service. Pricing depends on the quantity of windows and the level of work required.

Do you offer move-in and move-out cleaning?

Yes! We offer move-in and move-out cleaning to leave your home completely prepared for its next chapter. This service may include:

  • Deep cleaning of bathrooms.
  • Deep kitchen cleaning.
  • Inside of the oven.
  • Inside of the refrigerator.
  • Inside of kitchen cabinets.
  • Interior window cleaning.
  • Cleaning baseboards.
  • Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping.
  • Disinfecting surfaces throughout the home.
  • Detailed surface cleaning in every room.

What cleaning frequencies do you offer?

You can choose the schedule that works best for your household:

  • Weekly cleaning
  • Every-other-week cleaning
  • Monthly cleaning

We work with you to arrange the frequency that matches your home and routine.

What if my home is very cluttered?

We easily work around normal everyday clutter, but cleaning surfaces must remain reasonably accessible. If floors or rooms have heavy clutter that impedes walking or cleaning, decluttering or organizing is not included in standard cleaning and may involve an extra charge. We always discuss any extra work with you before starting.

Do you clean homes with pets?

Yes! We gladly clean homes with pets. During regular cleaning, we remove visible pet hair from floors, furniture, and sofas, as well as dust surfaces where hair gathers. Specialized deep pet-hair extraction is not part of standard cleaning.
